How long do I have to wait for a reply if my application is successful?
We will contact you within 5 working days of the closing date.

How do I amend details after I have submitted my application?
Once logged in, go to "My Profile" and then click on the relevant heading e.g., employment. Then click Edit on the section you wish to amend.
Please email jobs@collyers.ac.uk to advise that you have updated your application.

Do I really need to give my entire employment history?
Yes. As part of Keeping Children Safe in Education we require candidates to give a complete employment history (from leaving education to date). This should include details of any gaps in employment.

Please check whether you have exceeded the maximum number of characters for the text box or entered an illegal character in the notice period box i.e., a "comma"? Do you accept CVs?
We are unable to accept CV's. All applications should be made via our online application system.

Do you carry out an online search on candidates?
Yes, as part of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE) we will carry out an online search of all shortlisted candidates.

I am unable to see a particular vacancy anymore, is the vacancy still open?
We reserve the right to close a vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
Therefore, we do advise that if you are interested in applying, that you submit your application as early as possible.
